SHIPPING FEES:

We ship orders UPS if they are over $100 and USPS if the order is under $100. We do not ship to APO or FPO boxes.

The following rates are for shipments under 2lbs domestic shipments:

Next day: $20
2 Day Air: $35

Please note:
  1. Shipping charges may be higher for UPS designated rural areas but we will contact you with this information before we ship.
  2. The above shipping and handling charges are based on orders weighing up to 2 lbs. Additional shipping will be added to shipments over the 2lbs or for lager or oversized boxes. If you are ordering jewelry it should be the rate listed above.
  3. We ship Monday through Friday. No orders are shipped on Saturday. Please keep in mind that UPS does not factor weekends or holidays into their delivery time. During peak holiday seasons it could take longer for your delivery.
  4. Orders are typically shipped out within two to four BUSINESS days.
  5. You will receive an email to verify your order has been received.
Currently our shipping area is to the Continental United States.

RETURN POLICY:

MollyAnnMe is excited with the products we offer our internet friends and our goal is for you to be delighted with your purchase.

For exchanges or returns please follow these easy steps:

  1. Contact us at admin@mollyannme.com for a RMA number. Please state the reason for the return.
  2. All returns must be authorized in advance and the RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton.
  3. Items must be shipped freight prepaid and double boxed with all original packing, parts and documentation. WE DO NOT ACCEPT C.O.D. DELIVERIES.
  4. A signed note stating nature of return with a copy of the MollyAnnMe.com invoice must be included with all returns.
  5. For your protection, be sure to return the item insured and registered to guarantee its arrival.
  6. We will ship out items for exchange once we have received and inspected original items.
SPECIAL NOTE ON EXCHANGES AND RETURN:

The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent, UNWORN AND UNDAMAGED within 14 days of receipt of item for an exchange or refund (minus shipping and insurance). A 10% restocking fee will apply for all returns and cancellations. No shipping will be refunded and you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Special orders may not be returned. (Some 14K and 18k gold items will be classified special orders, please check before ordering.)

If item is damaged in shipment please:
  1. Contact us at admin@mollyannme.com within 5 days of receipt of the merchandize.
  2. All packing material and box must be kept, regardless of apparent damage to the package, in order for an inspection by UPS.
  3. If all packing material (including peanuts, bubble wrap) and box or envelope are not kept, we can not do a replacement or refund.


MERCHANDIZE CONDITION: All merchandize is inspected prior to shipping for defects or breakage.

SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added for shipments to Texas.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: We offer SECURE SOCKET LAYER ENCRYPTION FOR SENSITIVE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. We accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. We MUST have your CCV code. For Visa, MasterCard and Discover, the code is a 3 digit number on the white strip on the back of your card. For American Express, it is on the front above the last five digits of your card number. Also we will need your zip code to the address where your credit bill is delivered. On your credit card bill your transaction will be charged to The Joy Shop.

MAILING LIST PREFERENCES: From time to time, we send emails and newsletters to our internet friends with coupons or special offers. If you prefer not to be on our mailing list, please indicate by emailing us at admin@mollyannme.com.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: We carry an extensive inventory. But due to unexpected delays with a vendor shipment or UPS, we cannot guarantee availability of items featured on our site at all times. If an item is not in stock you will be advised before we complete your order.

SPECIAL NOTE: Prices are subject to change without notice. If an item ordered is not available at the Web posted price, you will be notified of the correct price before shipment is completed.

SPECIAL ORDERS: Some specialty items could take several weeks to produce. If this is the case, we will email you this information.
